Blood Tests: Must test negative for infectious diseases, including:

Genetic Screening: To rule out any hereditary disorders.

Semen Analysis: Must have a high sperm count and good sperm motility.

3. Lifestyle and Behavioral Factors

Non-Smoker: Preferably a non-smoker or someone who can abstain from smoking during the donation process.

No Substance Abuse: Should not consume alcohol or recreational drugs.

Ethical Standards: Should not have multiple sexual partners or a history of high-risk sexual behavior.

4. Consent and Confidentiality

Voluntary Donation: Donor must provide informed consent for donation.

Confidentiality Agreement: The identity of the donor and the recipient is kept confidential as per the law.

5. Frequency of Donation

Limitations:

The number of donations is restricted to prevent genetic proliferation in a limited geographical area.

6. Prohibited Conditions

Individuals with the following conditions are not eligible to donate semen:
